bdvip has a clear policy: only one account per person is allowed. Opening multiple accounts under the same identity is a violation of our terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.

To answer your question: if two people in the same household are separate individuals, they can each create their own account from the same device, subject to a few conditions:

  • Each account must be registered to a unique mobile number.
  • Each account must have a unique email address.
  • Each person must have a separate national ID for KYC verification.
  • Two accounts can be managed from the same device, but both cannot be logged in simultaneously.
Suspicious activity — such as using bonuses on two accounts from the same device — is automatically detected by bdvip's system and may be investigated. If you have any doubts, contact support in advance to avoid complications later.

Settings
Changing the interface language on bdvip is quite simple. Here are the steps:

To view your transaction history:
  • Select "Transaction History" from your profile menu.

  • The status of every transaction (successful / pending / cancelled) is clearly displayed.

Updating personal information on bdvip can be broken down into two parts:

  • You'll need to confirm with your current password to save any changes.
Information that requires support to update:
  • Mobile Number Change: To change your registered number for security purposes, please contact us via live chat or email support@bdvip.my. An OTP will be sent to verify the new number. The process may take 24–48 hours to complete.
  • Legal Name Correction: To update the legal name used for KYC, submit a request to support along with a copy of your National ID.
After any information is updated, bdvip sends a confirmation email or SMS. If you did not request the change, contact support immediately.

Responsible Gaming
Yes — bdvip offers several ways to temporarily suspend your account without deleting it permanently. These are part of our responsible gaming tools:

Cooling-Off Period (easiest option):
