Bdvip is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh and other approved regions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between bdvip and its members.

In this document, "we", "bdvip", or "the Platform" refers to the entity operating bdvip. "You", "member", or "user" refers to any individual registered on or using bdvip. "Services" refers to bdvip's website, mobile app, games, betting features, and all other available functionalities.

These Terms & Conditions, together with bdvip's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form a complete agreement. In the event of any dispute, the English version of this document shall be considered final, though the Bengali version is provided for members' convenience.

To open an account and use services on bdvip, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by law in the country or region where you reside.
• You must operate your account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of anyone else.
• You must not have had any previous bdvip account banned or terminated.

Bdvip may request ID or other proof at any time for age verification purposes. Until verification is complete, bdvip reserves the right to restrict access to certain account features.

When registering with bdvip, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false details is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Only one account is permitted per person, phone number, email address, and payment method. If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated and all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is prohibited. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact bdvip support immediately.

• To update any information provided during registration, please contact Support.
• We strongly recommend keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Bdvip supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit is ৳300 and the maximum single deposit is ৳50,000. For withdrawals, the minimum is ৳500 and the maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your VIP level. Diamond VIP members have no withdrawal limit.

• Before submitting a withdrawal request, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least once through a bet or game.
• Withdrawals can only be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• In accordance with our Anti-Money Laundering policy, bdvip reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
• Processing times are typically 15 minutes for Bronze/Silver, 5 minutes for Gold, and instant for Platinum/Diamond.

If an incorrect amount is credited due to a technical error, bdvip reserves the right to correct the balance on your account. Using funds received in error will be considered a violation of these Terms.

Bdvip offers a range of bonus types — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special tournament promos. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering requirements, all clearly listed on the relevant promo page.

Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before claiming any bonus. The general rules are outlined below:

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is generally 5× the bonus amount, counting only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 7 days — any unused bonus will expire and be removed once this period ends.
• If there is a pending withdrawal on your account at the time a bonus is credited, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the applicable wagering conditions have been met.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited.
• Bdvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or modify its terms at any time.

Progressive jackpot winnings, outright bets, or game-specific bonuses may be excluded from withdrawal conditions. Please refer to the terms of the relevant promotion for full details.

All games on bdvip are supplied by internationally licensed providers and audited by independent third parties. RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used to ensure the fairness of every game.

• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is ৳10, and the maximum bet varies by sport and market.
• Pre-match rules apply to bets placed before a match or event begins; in-play rules apply to bets placed while the match is in progress.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned at half-time, stakes are generally refunded — though specific rules may apply in certain circumstances.
• If a game or bet is left incomplete due to a technical error, bdvip will investigate and issue a ruling — that ruling is final.
• The use of bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
• Any detected match-fixing or collusion for mutual benefit will result in immediate account termination.

Bdvip reserves the right to correct the odds on any bet if it determines that the odds were set as a result of an obvious error. Even if a bet has been accepted at erroneous odds, bdvip may recalculate it at the correct odds.

Bdvip complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies, which are mandatory requirements under its international gaming license.

• KYC verification typically requires a clear photo of your National ID or passport, along with proof of address.
• Bdvip may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000.
• All submitted documents are used solely for verification purposes and are stored on secure, encrypted servers.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during verification may result in legal action.

If suspicious activity is detected, bdvip may temporarily suspend the account and request additional information. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during this period, though deposits will generally continue as normal.

Bdvip is committed to responsible gaming above all else. We want every member to see gaming as entertainment — not a source of financial stress or addiction.

• Deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods are available free of charge to all members.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period has ended.
• You may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting Support, and bdvip will action this accordingly.

Bdvip strives to operate its platform to the highest standards, however liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Disruption to a game or bet caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Technical failures on third-party software or payment gateways.
• For any loss resulting from a security breach on your device or network.
• For any legal issues arising from accessing the platform from an unauthorized region.

Bdvip's total liability shall in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question. bdvip is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Bdvip reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• For use of a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• If involvement in match-fixing, fraud, or money laundering is detected.
• For use of bots or automated software.

Legitimately earned balances are generally returned to members even after account closure, though they may be held pending an investigation. Members have the right to appeal bdvip's decisions through the support channel.

You may also request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

Bdvip reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
